Honorable Paul Fraim, Mayor of Norfolk - As a former resident of Riverview and past City Council representative for our neighborhoods, Mayor Fraim has strong ties to CPRV and obviously friends who will be receiving copies of "The Book" as gifts this holiday season.

CPRV President Steve Earnhart presents gift copies of "The Book" to Robert Hitchings and Troy Valos, staff of the Sargeant Memorial Room at the NPL Kirn Library. Their knowledge of the SMR collection and local history were invaluable to the intensive research that went into writing "The Book."
Theresa Nock and David Block, Realtors with William E. Wood & Associates, provided the loan needed to cover production and printing costs, which shows their confidence in the quality of the book and of Colonial Place and Riverview.
