On September 6th, the Colonial Place Riverview (CPRV) Civic League held its first-ever community yard sale, with over 27 residents participating. The event not only helped neighbors clear out their attics, but also raised much-needed funds for the civic league and sparked a welcome increase in membership.

Most importantly, the day brought the community together—neighbors met, mingled, and made new friends. That’s what community is all about. A big thank-you to the Yard Sale Subcommittee for organizing the event. We’re already looking forward to next year!
