On Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM, we’re refreshing the Colonial Place–Riverview Dog Park with a major mulch day. The City of Norfolk is dropping off 11 tons of mulch—up from 8 tons last time, which held up for six months. With enough volunteers, the job only takes about 90 minutes, so we’re calling for all hands on deck! We’ll also do some light prep work the first weekend of October, so if you’re available that Saturday or Sunday, we’d love the help. The more people we have, the smoother (and quicker) it goes.
